Ya Dang, a 29-year-old base jumper from Yunnan province, successfully jumped from the Beipan River Bridge, the world's highest, at 565 meters.

He made his successful jump Sunday morning in Puli village, Yunnan province, where he leapt from the bridge for a thrilling fall into the canyon below.

After a 10-second freefall, he opened his parachute and made a safe landing at the bottom of the canyon 1 minute and 21 seconds after he stepped off the ledge.

Previously, Ya Dang successfully leapt from the 300-meter-high towers at Wanda Plaza in Kunming, Yunnan province.
