How confident are you speaking another language?

This is how some people feel about speaking another language other than their own:

A man from Poland says he feels confident 自信心 speaking English on a conversational level 會話水平. But at an academic level 學術水平 it can be a barrier.

Another woman has learnt to speak Spanish. She is thrilled 很興奮 when she gets an opportunity 機會 to use it because she doesn't get much chance to practice it.
