chinadaily.com.cn | Updated: 2017-03-08 14:48

As a high-achiever in the entertainment industry, Zhong Lifang once said: "No matter what I do, I want to be a front-runner”. After successfully producing and investing in a few movie hits, she co-founded China Broadway Entertainment in 2014, which specializes in crafting musicals and stage shows. Her latest jukebox musical The Secret, which is a co-production with a top-notch Broadway team, has wowed audiences after touring in Beijing and Shanghai. What can we expect in China’s live theater market with regard to more edgy and refreshing content? How do we crack cultural gap issues in international collaboration?
