To promote the "leftist" policy and object to the correct position represented by Mao Zedong, the Soviet Central Bureau made the "Decision on Fujian and the Jiangxi Provincial Committee", accusing the Fujian provincial committee of "forming the opportunist line headed by Luo Ming" and announcing plans to immediately revoke the duties of Luo Ming as deputy provincial party secretary and provincial agent in Shanghang, Yongding and Longyan. The Interim Central Committee immediately carried out the struggle against the so-called "Luo Ming line" in Fujian.
Feb 15, 1953: Mutual cooperation on agricultural production
