At the close of the year, Hyatt Hotels Greater China Food & Beverage launched a culinary journey celebrating northern cuisine, bringing together four talented Chinese chefs to blend their culinary expertise with local culture, seasonal ingredients, and regional flavors.

Last Sunday evening, the journey reached its final stop at Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza, where the chefs presented a one-of-a-kind feast of northern cuisine. Chef Li Dong of Grand Hyatt Beijing, alongside chefs from Grand Hyatt Dalian, Grand Hyatt Shenyang, and Andaz Nanjing Hexi, curated a special "Northern Rhyme" menu, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience.

The Hyatt Hotels Greater China Dining Tour began in Nanjing on Dec 5 and spanned a month, concluding in Beijing on Jan 5. Throughout the tour, the chefs shared their distinctive interpretations of northern cuisine, paying meticulous attention to detail and crafting lasting memories with each dish and drink.
