“愛上北京的100個理由”是由北京市人民政府新聞辦公室創立的文化交流活動，面向喜愛北京的外籍人士廣泛征集主題短視頻作品，通過外國友人的獨特視角和不同文化背景的表達方式，以“愛上北京的理由”為主題，展示北京的真實樣貌。2023年將舉辦第四屆。
本屆活動以“In北京——愛上北京的100個理由”為主題。 短視頻可以是外籍友人拍攝的作品，也可以是以外籍友人為主人公拍攝的作品。主辦方希望通過此項活動讓更多的外國朋友聆聽北京、觸摸北京、感知北京。
在延續往屆短視頻大賽的同時，本屆活動開設漫畫插畫分賽，所征集到的優秀作品將在頒獎典禮現場進行展覽展示。
第四屆“愛上北京的100個理由”主題短視頻和漫畫插畫征集大賽最終將在投稿作品中評選出具有代表性的100部優秀短視頻作品和100幅優秀的漫畫插畫作品匯編成集， 并在海內外社交媒體等平臺廣泛發布。
A cultural communication activity held by the Information Office of Beijing Municipal Government, “100 Reasons To Love Beijing” is aiming at collecting theme-based short videos from foreigners who have an affinity for Beijing, showcasing the real image of the metropolis through the unique perspectives and diverse cultural backgrounds of foreigners. This year marks the fourth session of the competition.
With the theme of “In Beijing — 100 Reasons To Love Beijing”, this year’s competition is open to foreigners around the world. Short videos can be works filmed by foreigners, as well as works featuring foreigners as the main characters. The organizers hope to allow more foreign friends to hear, touch, and experience Beijing through the event.
In addition to the continuation of the previous three years, the 2023 session includes a cartoon and illustration competition. The outstanding works will be exhibited at the awards ceremony.
A total of 100 outstanding short videos and 100 distinguished cartoons and illustrations will be selected from all the works submitted. A collection is to be released on various social platforms.

除了一二三等獎，本次活動將根據網絡投票結果，特設“最佳人氣獎”。
Besides the top three prizes, there will also be a "Best Popularity Award" based on online voting results in this event.
2.每個組別中，短視頻及漫畫插畫作品，將分設一等獎、二等獎和三等獎，獲獎者將獲得榮譽證書。
3.優秀作品將被匯編成本屆“In 北京——愛上北京的100個理由”短視頻和漫畫插畫征集大賽的優秀作品集，進行譯制，并在海內外社交媒體等平臺傳播推廣。
2. We offer top three prizes respectively for short videos and cartoons and illustrations. Winners will receive certificates for their distinguished contribution.
3. 100 outstanding short videos and 100 distinguished cartoons will be selected from all the works submitted, the collection of which will be spread on both domestic and overseas social platforms.
Short video
短視頻作品形式體裁不限；時長不超過5分鐘；MOV或MP4格式；清晰度為1080P(1920×1080分辨率）；大小不超過1GB；不添加任何水印標記等；投稿作品應附標題或者視頻描述。
While there is no limit to the style of short videos, the length of each work should not exceed 5 minutes and the video document should not exceed 1 gigabyte. Clarity should be 1080P (resolution ratio shall be 1920×1080), without any watermarks, and submitted with a headline or short description of the video.
CARTOON
漫畫插畫作風格不限，漫畫、插畫或其它畫種均可參加，作品須為原創；作品為JPG格式，分辨率為300dpi，不低于2M（最長邊不小于3000像素），不超過10M；作品單幅、組幅不限，每幅作品須配標題和簡短文字說明。
There is no limit to the style of cartoons, as long as they are original works. The document format shall be JPG, with a resolution rate of 300 dpi, while the largest side of the cartoon should not be lower than 3,000 pixels. The document of the work should be between 2 and 10 megabytes in size, while each cartoon requires a headline and short description. The applicant can submit either a single cartoon or a series, and in the latter case a separate headline and short description is needed for each entry.
