New menu exemplifies good taste
A special summer menu has been recently launched at Il Ristorante — Niko Romito, an Italian restaurant in Beijing. This exquisite menu is the creation of acclaimed Italian chef Niko Romito, who visited the capital in July to design it. The menu offers a delightful selection of seasonal dishes that showcase the chef's three-star expertise.
The restaurant, which has proudly maintained its Michelin one-star rating for four consecutive years, is located by Liangma River in Chaoyang district. Connected with a wooden terrace in the garden, the restaurant provides a charming dining experience amid serene garden views.
Infused with Romito's inspiration and essence of Italian flavors, the menu presents a contemporary Italian culinary feast with authentic Mediterranean influences. It features carefully selected seasonal and premium ingredients such as blue lobster, sea bream, spiny lobster, codfish, wagyu beef, morel mushrooms, asparagus, and more, meticulously crafted to showcase the essence of classic Italian cuisine.
Freshly selected blue lobster is prepared into a refreshing salad, complemented by the richness of mayonnaise and seasoned with powdered pink pepper. This combination creates a refreshing and invigorating dish with a touch of Italian flair.
Both the handmade langoustine tortellini with asparagus and codfish with spiced tomato and potato cream are worth trying.
