JING and La Chansonniere to hold a French Wine dinner
On May 16, two of Beijing's finest French restaurants will come together for an exclusive event - "Flavors of Spring".
William Mahi, the Michelin-star French Chef de Cuisine of JING at The Peninsula Beijing, and chef Kurt Wang from the French fusion restaurant La Chansonniere, will collaborate in creating a Four-Hands Modern French Wine Dinner, featuring seven dishes inspired by premium springtime ingredients.
The event is a gastronomic delight, with the two chefs bringing their unique culinary styles and creative vision to the table. The dishes for this special menu include live spider crab, white asparagus, lobster, cold fish and Yunnan fresh morels.
Following an in-depth creative exchange, the two chefs are ready to showcase the best of French cuisine with a modern twist to diners in Beijing.
