Fourth China Pastry Cup calling for entries

The fourth China Pastry Cup is inviting Chinese pastry chefs to present their creative and professional works.
The competition is set into two categories — one for chocolate cake and sugar showpiece and the other for plated dessert and chocolate showpiece.
Participants need to submit photos of their pastry works before Feb 1 online. After the first round of reviews, the judges will select the contestants to compete in the finale, which will be held in May.
Winners of China Pastry Cup will form the Chinese team to compete in the Asian Cup in Singapore in 2024 and for the chance to represent China in the World Cup in Lyon, France in 2025, which gathers elite pastry chefs from around the globe.
